Book Ends was recently expanded to the Dominican Republic. Youth leader Nichol had this to say about the experience: "It was an incredible success and to see the people of the community gathered around books of different shapes, sizes, and reading levels (books and people alike) was an awesome experience."
Students from El Rodeo and Frank Del Olmo became fast friends as they share a book.
Books, friends, reading, oh my! Troop 702 spent time reading with the kids from Boys and Girls Club before sending them home with new books.
Willows Community School students excitedly parade into Global Education Academy with oodles of books!
Palisades Charter taught their new buddies from Stoner Ave. that research can be fun!
