The mission of the Center for the Arts (Eagle Rock) is to present innovative and multicultural arts
programming to the communities of northeast Los Angeles.  The Center's programs connect the
artists of the northeast to their communities.  We target nontraditional and underserved audiences
and utilize nontraditional and underserved venues.  Our goal is to provide access to excellent arts
education to our youth and excellent art to all in our area.  The Center's reputation for risk-taking
and thought- provoking work can partly be attributed to our dedication to a process
that nurtures both a sense of identity and community.
